The biggest change that I have seen with myself is being able to willingly give my time and dedication to the students I work with, so that they feel welcomed and get what they deserve. One of the biggest surprises is that I’ve come to realize the amount of love, dedication, and sincerity the students I work with have.
I joined Urban Teachers because the students that we serve are genuine and willing to take in everything that we as teachers have for them.
