Our Fellows

After the residency year, you’ll take responsibility for a classroom of your own. We’ll continue to support you with a lighter load of courses through the second year of our program which culminates in your Master’s of Education degree. In the second and third year of our program, you will also receive one-on-one coaching, until you become eligible for certification at the end of the third year. Year four completes your commitment with Urban Teachers.
